Looks up one record at a time on the live web and answers three things: whether the organization really is a partner (rather than a provider we already list on the map), whether its street address is right, and whether the email is the one it actually publishes. It corrects the address and email it can prove, and only reports the ones that look like providers so nothing leaves the list by accident. Running the batches takes a while — it reports how many are left each time.
